Who could possibly keep from smiling at smushy, chunk baby rolls?! I know I sure can’t. Honestly, it’s one of the reasons that newborn photography is very high on my list of favorite things to capture. Speaking of smooshy, chunky baby rolls, everyone please join in helping me welcome little Tayla to the world! She was the sweetest little thing, eyes wide open, not wanting to miss a beat.

A Gorgeous Little Girl

Talya is all girl, and we highlighted that fact during her newborn session. Frills, lace, pink and flowers. How much cuter could you get?! I love that she was so tiny when she made her way into the studio. Only 12 days old, she was already super alert and curious. After a few expertly placed snuggles and bounce sessions, she was fast asleep. From pose to pose, she transitioned like an absolute angel! She even shared a happy smile with us. Swoon!

When it comes to newborn photography, it’s best to try and get the little ones into the studio in those first two weeks. As all you mommies and daddies out there know, they truly to change so fast. To ensure we capture all of those brand-new baby detail shots we all love, the sooner the better!
