This session is 3 years in the making. We’ve booked several sessions over the past few years but were delayed by weather, a vacation, and a pregnancy (theirs, not mine!) so I was SO excited to finally meet this sweet family. And you know how they say that good things come to those who wait? That’s exactly how I feel about this session. Their kids were awesome ages (ok, 3 kids 4 and under is hard but awesome) so we could be silly and really enjoy our time together. And waiting for the session means they were finally a complete family of 5! I love the variety of candid and more posed images that we captured, and the closeness in age meant the oldest two could really interact and play (and run!) with each other.

When Central Park is your backyard, how could we not shoot there? Though the park is busy now we were able to find some empty space and make it ours for an hour. And I loved every minute of that hour. Here are a few of my favorites from our afternoon together.
