One of the best parts of this job is getting the opportunity to watch kids grow. Literally, in front of my eyes, our kids are growing up. You may remember this dynamic duo from one of my first sessions when I began this photographic journey. Charlie and Emma were 4 months old when I first met them here:
And now they’re 16 months.
Charlie is a flirt, hysterically funny, and goofs around for attention. Emma is sweet and dainty, demanding as only a woman can be, and loves her mamma’s jewelry. Funny how they just fit into those gender stereotypes. We tried to get Emma to take some steps for us – but of course her first steps came 24 hours after our session!

We had a great day, I was thrilled to see them again, and we couldn’t have paid for better weather. Here are a few of my favorites. Enjoy!
