Sisterly Love
When this mom contacted me about a session for her three girls I got giddy. They’re spaced the same as my girls, yet these kids will actually listen to me (unlike the three girls I birthed). They were at perfect ages and stages for a session – big sister just wanted to be my best friend, middle sister couldn’t stop smiling and posing, and as long as baby sister had her blankie in her hands or her sight she was equally as amazing.
These girls are beautiful and sweet and I was amazed at how well they got along. Even more, they seemed to genuinely adore each other. There was not one fight among them, not one moment of ‘she touched me, she looked at me funny, she blinked four times and I only want her to blink twice, she’s breathing in my space, she’s hogging the camera’ (again unlike the noise in my house) and the session was smooth and so much fun.
Girls thank you for making my job so easy. Thank you for restoring my faith in sisters (ok mine are awesome most of the time too, and they put on a good show for others). Thank you for telling me I’m the “nicest pher-tog-rapher” you ever met. Made my day 🙂
Here are just a few favorites from our morning in the park, I was in a vintagey editing mood and love love love the effect. Thanks for giving me something to smile about today as I edited your session. (Oh, and you should thank your mom for working so hard on finding the perfect outfits!) xo
