Once upon a time, on a frigid day in January, a crazy snowstorm hit New Jersey. Yet that didn’t stop me from getting to Addison’s Bar Mitzvah session. It also didn’t stop me from taking this awesome family outside. In 13 degree weather. Sorry kids, I told you you’d be happy that we shot outside, you’d just have to defrost first. And now that I can feel my fingers again, I bring you the Hartman family.

Addison, Bailey, and Carly are such fun, awesome kids. (And their initials are A, B & C, how cute is that?!) Addison and Bailey are twins, though Bailey told me several (at least 10) times that she’s actually older than he is. As twins these two share a really special bond, and they just adore little sister Carly. With her adorable smile and silly personality, I adored her too.

The first time I met this crew was camera in hand, on this very cold day, but within minutes I felt like I knew them forever. Mazal tov Addison on your big day, your family is so proud of you, and it’s not hard to see why. xo
