Last Friday morning I had the privilege of spending some time with Ari and his awesome family. When I spoke to Ari’s mom on the phone a few weeks ago to plan the session, she said they were up to something fun and different, and she loved the idea of this historic barn.

Ari was adorable – lots of smiles, even after a long car ride from New York, and just shy of 9 months old he wasn’t mobile enough to crawl away from me! (But rumor has it right after our shoot he started to show some crawling independence). 

Ari, Hebrew for ‘lion’, loved his stuffed lion and I’m so glad they brought ‘FAO the Lion’ along for the session. 

With the greatest hair I’ve ever seen on a baby boy, and eyes bluer than you can imagine, Ari is going to break some hearts when he grows up.
